Good morning viewers,

As disheartening as that may be when they leave, not everyone is destined to accompany us on this journey. There is a reason and purpose for all things; therefore have Faith that it will come together. Seasons will come and go. Although it may feel like we are all alone, you must believe that your higher power is always there.

When we look at the three elements of Self, the Soul which connects the Mind and Body requires possessing faith in our creator. As we go along our daily routines this week, lets find ways to strengthen this relationship with our higher power to maintain the balance of Self.
